Know instantly which routes and how many products contributed to bringbacks and spoilage for any period of time with Global Reports. Bringbacks also allow you to compare the amount of product picked vs. how much was added. This lets you easily identify great drivers who place as many products as possible and creates training opportunities for drivers with large amounts of bringbacks. These are common reporting needs provided to all VMS customers.
The Accountability report shows all the POS for each route that had completed for collect visits including how much was counted, DEX files (if there was DEX), all your O/S, links to POS to do deeper dive into the visit.
The Bring Backs report offers a large date range with the flexibility for route filtering to offer insight into your driver’s bring backs from your markets and machines. Products are grouped by visit date, route, product family, and product code. With the information organized this way, you can easily assess what the driver brought back vs. what they should have brought back. You can also compare the amount of product picked vs. how much added. This helps you easily identify great drivers who are placing as many products as possible, but it is also training opportunities for drivers with large amounts of bringbacks.
The Meter global report is designed to monitor driver performance and identify cash theft. It displays all of your over/short values in addition to some new data like average time spent per machine. This allows deeper insight into routes’ performance.
The Planogram report displays all products for all POS. Grouped by product family and product title, you can take a big picture view of all your product placements, such as in the beverage product family, or deep dive into a specific product title, such as all your 7UP placements. This report also includes a POS deep link so if you need to make POG changes, such as price or capacity, you can go in, make the change, and return right back to the report.
The Product O/S global report is a financial accountability report that gives a broad overview of all visits within a specified time period. This allows you to see if there is any inventory or money overshort values. Direct links to visits are included within the report so you can look at them individually and investigate why overage or shortage appears in the report.
Custom reports give you flexibility on the metrics you want to track to help solve shortages. Unlike global reports, custom reports are not provided to every VMS customer but tailored specifically for each operation's needs. You can create your own report within VMS, or you can contact the Gimme Support Team to assist. Both global and custom reports can be exported as Excel and PDF and uploaded into Power BI.
